Terms and Conditions

Recording -

White Wolf Recording Studio does not take a booking fee for recording but once a booking is made the client MUST give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so means the client will be charged a £25 cancellation fee payable immediately.

Rehearsal -

White Wolf Recording Studio does not take a booking fee for rehearsal rooms but once a booking is made the client MUST give 24 hours notice of cancellation. Failure to do so means the client will be charged a £10 cancellation fee payable immediatley.

Please Note-

ALL AUDIO RECORDINGS AND MEDIA made at White Wolf Recording Studio remain the property of White Wolf Recording Studio until paid for in FULL. The COPYRIGHT remains with the artist or artists but the physical recording - either WAV’s, Mp3’s, CD Audio, DAT or tape, CANNOT be duplicated, hired or broadcast in ANY MANNER WHATSOEVER until ALL studio fee’s are paid. If the artist/artists fail to pay the studio fee’s White Wolf Recording Studio reserves the right to use the recordings in any manner it deems fit to recoup the lost fee’s.
